First of all, welcome to the first post of Small Business Compendium. Second of all - what the heck is a compendium? Well according to a number of sources a compendium is a:

• full list or inventory
• book containing a list of useful hints
• collection: a publication containing a variety of works
• concise but comprehensive summary of a larger work

Actually the real reason for using such a "big" word like compendium is because of the lack of domain names containing "Small Business" - the other availble domain name combinations were non-sensical and all the 'taken' domains were either spam sites with advertising or have "under construction.

Well after being "under construction" for about 2 years SmallBusinessCompenium is now starting up!
